Jade Gardens and Landscape LLC serves the DFW area. Please contact us for assistance by submitting the online questionnaire. We do not install other company’s designs. Our work and vision are our own.

Our minimum for landscape, garden installations, or outdoor living is $5,000.00 during peak seasons of March-June and September-December 15.

Our company operates on a wait list; therefore we require a 50% good faith deposit for all installation projects. Your deposit secures your space on our calendar. The remainder of your contracted amount is due immediately upon the completion of the job. We do not offer terms.

Forms of payment can be cashiers check, cash, or cc. CC payments are executed through a secure processor and we store no personal information. We do not accept personal checks. Plant material is guaranteed for 6 months from the date of installation with the exception of annuals and 1-gallon perennials. Those are not guaranteed. Jade Gardens and Landscape LLC is not responsible for any acts of God (ie Snowmageddon, the freeze of 2021, drought, ice or hail, or any weather related event.) We are also not responsible for over or under watering.

Before each job, we do a locate search on utility lines. Oncor will come to your property and mark lines that are able to be found. Every effort is made to not cut any type of lines, ie fiber optics- however we cannot see what it underground. We operate on an all clear from Oncor, so in the rare event of cutting a cable, please contact Oncor for repairs.

Please contact us if your plants appear stressed, are yellowing, or turning brown. It is very normal for plants to shock upon installation. They will probably lose some leaves. If you have an issue with your irrigation, it is your responsibility to contact a repair provider immediately.

Please be aware that holiday installs book months in advance. It is best to be on the books by August. We desire to build a relationship with our clients and collaborate on many projects. Please contact us with questions and always send photos of your outdoor spaces.
